Group registrations
We ask that services wishing to register their group do not register and pay via Humanitix but instead request an invoice. Please read the following information carefully and click here to submit an invoice request form.
Group registration closes 18 July.
This is to meet our commitment to the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
Invoicing
If your volunteer service would like to organise a group booking and be invoiced please click here to submit an invoice request form. A group invoice will then be generated and sent to the key contact along with a request for detailed information on each delegate.
In order for us to process your registrations you will be asked to provide the following information for EACH DELEGATE:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Dietary requirements
- Which ticket type/s to allocate to them: Monday morning workshop; Monday afternoon workshop; Tuesday plenary day.
- Concurrent morning workshop selection (if purchased): Choose ‘Perspectives in Biography Writing’ (biography volunteers only) OR Trauma Informed Care
- Concurrent afternoon workshop selection (if purchased): Choose ‘Reflective Writing’ OR ‘Creative Art Therapy’
Cancellations / Substitutions
Cancellation of registrations must be notified in writing to the Registration Manager no later than Friday 1 August. No refunds will be given after this date. Fees may apply.
A substitute delegate for a current registration can be advised at any time at no charge.
Cancellation of a registration will incur the following fees:

| 1 August – 18 August | 100% cancellation fee |
General Information
What does the registration fee include?
Workshop registration entitles each delegate to attend their selected workshop:
- Monday morning, choose one of two concurrent workshops
- Monday afternoon, choose one of two concurrent workshops
- Spaces in each workshop are strictly limited and your first choice may not be available.
- If both a morning and afternoon workshop registration is purchased each delegate will be provided with lunch.
Tuesday plenary day registration entitles each delegate to the following:
- Attendance at the plenary day Tuesday 19 August
- Conference catering (Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)
- Delegate satchel
Registration confirmation
Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due and all fees must be paid prior to the event to ensure access to the event on the day.
Credit Card
Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa.
Cheque
We are not able to accept cheques as payment.

Nametag
Your nametag will be issued onsite when registering and will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the conference to obtain entry to sessions. PCNSW expects appropriate and respectful behaviour from all attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Recordings / Copyright
PCNSW reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
Should you wish not to be photographed, please advise the Registration Manager.

PCNSW reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. PCNSW will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
